Data Deletion Instruction for Klevademy

At Klevademy, we respect your privacy and provide you with control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data from our platform, please follow the steps below:

 

1. Send an email to hello@klevademy.com with the subject: “Request for Data Deletion”.
2. Include the following details:
   • Full name
   • Registered email address
   • Reason for deletion (optional)
3. For security purposes, we may request additional verification.

What Happens After Deletion?

• Your account, learning progress, certificates, and personal data will be permanently removed from our system.
• Some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytics as per our Privacy Policy.
• Deletion may take up to 30 days to process fully.

Exceptions

• Certain legal or administrative obligations may require us to retain specific data for a limited period.
