We recommend using this feature as refunds are generally not issued for dissatisfaction with course content, except in cases where it significantly deviates from the description provided.

Refund requests for instructor-led, scheduled, or cohort-based courses may be submitted up to 7 days before the course start date. After this period, refunds are not granted due to the advanced commitment and preparation required by instructors.

In cases where a course does not meet the minimum enrollment requirements and is canceled by Klevademy LTD, all students will be issued a full refund.
