At Klevademy LTD, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational content and a rewarding learning experience. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for courses purchased on our platform. By purchasing a course, you agree to the terms of this policy.

 

General Refund Eligibility

  1. Full Refund Within 30 Days
    Students are eligible for a full refund if the request is submitted within 30 days of purchase and they have not accessed or completed more than 2% of the course content. Requests submitted after 30days or where more than 2% of the course has been completed are not eligible for a refund.
  2. Preview Policy
    Free previews or sample content are available for many courses, enabling students to make informed decisions before purchasing. Refunds for dissatisfaction with course content will only be considered where the course materially deviates from its advertised description.

 

Exceptions to Refund Policy

  1. Downloaded Content
    Refunds will not be granted for courses where the student has downloaded substantial course materials. Downloading course materials is considered substantial use of the course.
  2. Completed Courses
    Refunds are not available for courses that have been completed or for which a certificate of completion has been issued.

 

Instructor-Led Courses

  1. Scheduled or Cohort-Based Courses
    Refund requests for instructor-led, scheduled, or cohort-based courses may be submitted up to 7 days before the course start date. Refunds will not be granted for requests made within 7 days of the course start date due to the preparation required by instructors.
  2. Minimum Enrollment Requirements
    If a course is canceled by Klevademy LTD due to insufficient enrollment, all students enrolled in that course will receive a full refund.

 

Process for Requesting a Refund

  1. Initiating a Refund Request
    To request a refund, contact our Customer Support team at hello@klevademy.com with your order details, course name, and the reason for your request. Refund requests will be reviewed within 2 business days, and approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
  2. Proof of Purchase
    Refund requests must include valid proof of purchase. Refunds may be denied if the request is incomplete or lacks supporting information.

 

Refund Discretion and Limitations

  1. Company Discretion
    Klevademy LTD reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its discretion, particularly in cases of suspected abuse of this Refund Policy.
  2. Non-Refundable Services
    Fees for additional services, such as private consultation sessions, one-on-one tutoring, or non-course-related downloadable resources, are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

 

Changes to the Refund Policy

Klevademy LTD reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and users are encouraged to review the policy periodically.

 

Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
